Pilates is a corrective exercise based on the insights and principles developed by Joseph Pilates.

Pilates places special emphasis on developing and maintaining core stability and the natural movement of the joints and spine. It can help to restore natural and healthy posture, relieve tension, and enhance mobility, resulting in a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, moves freely, and feels revitalised.

All sessions last 60 minutes, and are taught by a qualified Pilates instructor.
